- Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone, or our website contact form
- All orders are subject to product availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment Terms
- Payment can be made in advance or cash on delivery
- We accept UPI, bank transfers, digital wallets, and cash
- Subscription payments are due in advance
- Failed payments may result in service suspension

Delivery Schedule
- Standard delivery times: 7 AM - 10 AM for coconut water, 10 AM - 6 PM for other products
- Delivery schedules may vary due to weather, festivals, or operational constraints
- We will notify you of any delays or changes
Delivery Responsibility
- Customers must be available to receive deliveries
- Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges
- Products left unattended are at customer's risk
